Music and Poetry from Iran inspired by Hafez
Concert with new works from Iranian artists, inspired by the wisdom of the poet Hafez. With new music by composers Rozhin Shaki, Athena Taghavi and soprano Mahdokht Mojiri, a monologue by Behafarid Ghafarian and visual art by Siavash Naghshbandi and Shirin Rezaee.
Monday 6 april at A Beautiful Mess in Amsterdam, entrance is free.
World Opera Lab supports young Iranians artists in the coming weeks through the commission of new small-scale works, under the title ‘Voice of the Unseen’.
